Payment Options
The Ingram Municipal Court is responsible for the adjudication of Class C misdemeanor offenses; including offenses under the Transportation Code, Penal Code, Education Code, Health and Safety Code, Alcoholic Beverage Code and violations of the City ordinances.
The judiciary is made up of a Presiding Judge. The Judge presides over all initial appearance dockets, show cause dockets, pretrial hearings, bench trials and jury trials. The Judge serves as a magistrate.

Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay a fine in full, you may ask the court to order you to make payment plans. A Time Payment Fee must be added to each case paid by payment plan (per TX Local Govt. Code § 133.103). This fee will be added to the total due for each case that is not paid in full within thirty (30) days from the date the Judgment is entered.
Community Service
If you are indigent and unable to pay a fine, you may ask the Court to order you to complete Community Service in lieu of paying the fine.
